We are hugely grateful for everyone who voted for Izaak, supporting his campaign for safer roads, pedestrian crossings, better parks and green spaces, and a safer Otley Run. A few people have emailed us about opposing more night flights and the airport's breach of their conditions, so we thought it would be helpful to outline where we stand. Like you we live in the ward and can hear the planes at night. We care about this issue because of the public health impact and because of the principle that the planning conditions exist for good reason, and must be upheld. We do not support any move towards unlimited night flights at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Our Friends of Clayton Woods group now has nearly 300 members on Facebook, local people who are contributing through litter picks and historical research and photography to celebrate this amazing woodland.
