Advice and help we can provide

We can help you on anything related to Leeds City Council.

If you're looking for help with finding council housing please note that we can ask for your banding to be re-assessed and help you find the right people to speak to about your case, but we can't influence where you are on the waiting list.

Here are some common examples of the sort of work we've done with local residents:

  • Getting local play park equipment fixed

  • Setting up a residents association for a neighbourhood

  • Funding a new litter bin

  • Getting missed bins collected

  • Cutting back dangerous trees

  • Installing new road safety signs

You can contact us by email or by coming along to one of our monthly surgeries, see the details below.

We also run regular street surgeries where we speak to everybody on a street.

Monthly surgeries

1st Wednesday, 1-2pm, Meanwood Community Centre
