Taylor's Sports Bar - Application refused

The Planning team have refused Taylor's Sports Bar's 'retrospective' planning application to run as a bar with outdoor drinking space.

Retrospective because they have been running as a part without full planning permission.

We objected to their objection back in March, as did well over a hundred local residents, which is partly why the process has taken such a long time.

In the end it was primarily the Highway safety risk that led to the refusal - especially in the way that they chose to operate on the Otley Run. Taylor's now have up to six months to appeal. If they do so they will be able to continue operating in the meantime.
