Police, speeding, and crime

We carry out regular street surgeries across the ward. A theme that came up especially in the Weetwood Lane and Spen Lane areas was speeding. This isn't new unfortunately. We've asked the police to carry out regular speed checks on these roads - where they've done this in other problem areas it has made a definite difference.
