Please read below for the latest update.

We are getting fairly close to completion, which should be in early September as scheduled. This does mean that levels of more disruptive work will increase over the summer and we will update you on the specifics of this as soon as we're able.

In the meantime, read below for the latest:

"We are pleased to report that the programme continues to run to plan, and there is no significant movement either way to the anticipated completion window.

In area 9C (outside Weetwood Hall) installation of the lighting is ongoing. See the first imageh, taken earlier this month of this area.

In phase 4 (outside Lawnswood School) works have been progressing well and we are nearly ready for the traffic signal poles to be installed, along with the tegula paving (type of block paving). Aerial picture below.

In Phase 7 (by the Police station / sub-station) we are commencing kerbing and ducting works, and getting ready for traffic signal poles and tegula paving to be installed here as well. See this progress picture taken.

In phase 6 we continue works, preparing for kerbing and potentially working across to the central reserve so we can install ducting there.
