This month: new scooter and bike hire trial

From this weekend there will be a 30 day trial of 'virtual' parking bays for the electric bike and e-scooter scheme.

This will mean an expansion of the existing bays where there are under-used 'Sheffield' bike parking stands. The scheme won't take over the bike stands, but users can rest the bikes and scooters beside them.

So while the trial is in progress please don't be surprised if you see some parked near but not inside the current bays. If you notice any issues please contact Beryl initially.

If the trial is a success it'll make it easier to expand the network of bike and e-scooter hire. Let us know where you think bays would be useful!
