Local crime and Otley run - meet the police and council teams

Otley Run specific drop ins plus regular police and community meetings:

As you know, we have regular public meetings with the police in our area. The next two coming up are:

• Tuesday 30th September, 7-8pm at the Welcome In Community Centre (55 Bedford Drive)

• Wednesday 1st October, 7-8pm at St Chad's Parish Centre on Otley Road

They're really worth coming to; you can help set where the police spend their time over the coming six weeks.

And as part of our increased enforcement on the Otley Run - including special operations and regular police presence every Saturday - we will now have drop in at Headingley Hub (library) on Wednesday 8th October 1-1.45pm and Wednesday 26th November 1-1.45pm.

This will be staffed by our Anti Social Behaviour Team.

The aim is to speak with residents about the work that team and the council in general are doing to combat anti social behaviour associated with the Otley Run, and to use this feedback to tailor when they are present in the area.
