Here's the latest update in regards to Lawnswood roundabout:
"In area 9C (outside Weetwood Hall) the preparation works for the deep sewer connections have been completed. We have encountered an issue with a live gas main in this location; this was charted as disconnected. We are reviewing our installation with a view to alleviating any delays this challenge may cause, however the lane closure may need to be extended. See below image taken in June of this area:
In phase 4 (outside the school) works continue to progress well. Aerial picture below:
In Phase 7 (by the Police station / sub-station) we are working by the building exit, where works to the footpath are progressing.
In phase 6 we are continuing works on the footway, where kerb lines are nearing completion."
