Latest Lawnswood update

We've pasted below the latest weekly update about Lawnswood update. Please note that the works continue on schedule and that we're still meeting with the contractors on a regular basis. Update:

"In area 9C (outside Weetwood Hall) kerbing works continue, and the footpaths are being stoned up. BT are also working in this area, resetting a chamber.

In phase 4 (outside Lawnswood School) we are stripping the top surface to prepare for ducting installations. City Fibre will also be carrying out installations here.

In Phase 7 (by the Police station / sub-station) we continue with stripping the surface and

preparing for ducting installations.

In phase 6 Yorkshire Water have been working at the weekend, continuing diversion works.

In phase 5a the power has been connected to the new feeder pillar and the lights have been relinked together to allow sequencing.

In phase 9b the binder course has been installed for the footways and the crossing, to allow

removal of the temporary crossing and barriers.
