Pedestrian crossing outside Headingley Centre (Arndale) now in operation
Works to complete North Lane being undertaken 5th/6th May (delays expected)
Section 2
Cycle lanes now open, except St Michaels Road where movement of CCTV mast expected to take place shortly allowing full completion
Section 5
Victoria Road and Hyde Park Corner traffic signals now in operation
