Girls cricket at St Chads

We were absolutely delighted to be invited to watch the St Chads girls cricket team play recently!
It’s fantastic that we have an under 13s girls cricket team in Weetwood, alongside our football team, Weetwood Blaze!
The girls are very dedicated and worked brilliantly as a team. We watched them play Colton, and even through they didn’t win the match, they still played a great game. It’s their first time competing in a league.
The St Chads under 13 girls cricket team plays on Sunday mornings and home matches are played at St Chads. There is training during the week. If your daughter would like to get involved, please contact us and we will pass your details along.
