May Marathon and Half-Marathon route

The Jane Tomlinson Marathon and Half Marathon is coming to our area again this year. It's an amazing event that raises a huge amount for important charities. It also brings the community together for a lot of fun.
It does mean road closures. We have shared the current road closure plan below and have asked for clarity from Run for All (the organisers) on the biggest concerns from last year:
Not enough medical officers all the way up the route
Access in and out of Central Park estate was blocked - this must be resolved. Can you confirm what the access in and out of the estate will be?
The leaflet/letter drop was definitely not done in all the areas it was meant to be, although your sub-contractor claimed it was not. Can these be verified posted?
