Leeds 10K Route Specifics 

The 2025 Leeds 10k route will start from outside the iconic Parkinson Steps at Leeds University heading out along Woodhouse Lane and doing a loop of Woodhouse Moor. Runners will then head along Headingley Lane and Otley Road through the centre of Headingley. Runners will then turn down Shaw Lane and head along Monk Bridge Road, Grove Road and Grove Lane before completing an out and back section along Meanwood Road. Runners will then head down Meanwood Road before a right turn onto Oatland Road and Lovell Park Road passing Little London Community Centre and First Direct Arena. Finally, runners will head through the city centre via Merrion Street and Albion Street finishing on The Headrow.  

Road Closure Information 

Road closures will be implemented around the start (Blenheim Terrace) and the finish (The Headrow) from 04:00 on the morning of the event and will re-open no later than 15:00 with Blenheim Terrace re-opening for 12:00.

Road closures around the route will be implemented from 08:00 with the final road closure re-open for 11:15. Road will be re-open on a rolling basis when safe to do so.
