Where to make rough sleeping referrals

StreetLink is a website service for England and Wales which empowers everyone to help tackle rough sleeping.

It allows members of the public to send alerts to local outreach teams when they see someone sleeping rough, so support can reach them quickly.

Delivered by Home Connections, StreetLink has created short educational videos. These guides explain how to provide accurate descriptions of the person and their location, enabling outreach teams to respond quickly especially critical during winter.

This is a really good way to make sure anyone sleeping rough is being offered help.
