Shaw Lane Emergancy Repairs

We’ve just received the following from Highways with regards emergency repairs on Shaw Lane
“I am writing to inform you that Northern Powergrid are carrying out emergency repairs to a mains cable at Shaw Lane, Headingley.
In order to carry out the works safely there will be 2 way lights between the junctions of Claremont Drive and Claremont Road from today, Wednesday 5th August until Tuesday 11th August.
Essential access to properties and emergency access will be maintained at all times. To minimise disruption these lights will be manually controlled 0700-1900.
Network Management and the Traffic Signals team will continue to monitor the situation and updates will be provided as necessary”
